  • Acted on a $25 million sale of a group of luxury automobile dealerships along with the related dealership real estate assets.
  • Acted for Rx Infinity Inc., Rxi Pharmacy Inc., and Rxi Health Solutions Inc. in connection with Rxi’s $9.5 million sale to CloudMD Software & Services Inc. (TSXV: DOC).
  • Acted for PlanPlus Global, a financial planning and risk profiling software firm, in connection with its sale to Morningstar, Inc. (Nasdaq: MORN).
  • Acting for a real estate investment private equity group in respect of multiple capital raises of between $5 million to $15 million in connection with a series of real estate development projects in Ontario and a number of U.S. states, including the acquisition of commercial/multi-family residential properties and retirement residences ranging in value from $10 million to $50 million.
  • Acted for a leading management and commercial cleaning services firm in connection with its demand operating facilities, term loans, foreign exchange forward contracts and credit cards in excess of $18.5 million provided by a Schedule I bank.
